REFUNDS
No refunds will be provided for any payments made regardless of the amount or situation. If cancelled or postponed at least 7 business days in advance, we will happily transfer any payment made, to another order within 3 months from that date. Cancellations within 3 days of the order, will not apply for refund options.
No refund will be provided if you are happy with the flavour of the cake, as everyone has different pallets, and does not imply cake taste is not acceptable. Colours like dark blue, black and red may stain your mouth. By making a deposit you are agreeing to the above.


TRANSPORTING
Cakes must be kept cool and flat on transportation. Do not hold cake or place cake on the seat while transporting. Take your cake straight to the venue if possible. We do not take responsibility for damage to cakes after they have left the premises.

CAKES WITH FLOWERS
When cakes have fresh flowers, we can not guarantee that we will be
able to find the exact ones, color and size may vary. If we are
unable to find them , we will be using fondant flowers or fake flowers.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS
We may not have all the decorations as per your requirement,
we will make adjustments.

COLLECTION
Please check all details & design of the cake and sign the order form
stating you are happy with the order, before leaving. There will be no
refund after you have taken the order.

ORDERS NOT COLLECTED before closing time, will have to
picked up the next opening day. We won’t be waiting after hours.
